Tuition Discounts

• Students who attend churches that financially support EMS, (including Virginia Mennonite Conference congregations), receive a “supporting churches discount”. For a full list of these churches, contact the admissions office. Children of alumni also receive this discount.

• New 6-12 students applying by March 17 receive a $100 discount on tuition.

Fees

• Student General Fee due May 31 for new students and May 1 for returning students.

• Grades 6-12 Capital Improvement Fee $350 per family

Tuition Payment

• Ten month and quarterly payment plans are available. 3% discount for payment in full by August 31.
• Signed Payment Contract indicates choice of payment schedule; due by May 31 or when accepted for admission.

Boarding is available by arrangement, with additional cost.
Tutoring is available and may be required, with additional cost.

Financial Aid

• All families desiring financial aid must submit a financial aid application to Family Financial Needs Assessment (FFNA) by March 17 of each year. Late applications are considered as funds are available.
• Aid awards are announced in May.
